"is that a fish, i see...?"
Peace Be Upon You,
Wooohooo! I feel so fine right now! Got back from IYAD, about 4 hours ago and I am proud to say that my lesson was a success, alhamdullilah! I had 7 children for my lesson today. First, I read a story entitled 'The Rainbow Fish', than we went on making a rainbow fish of our own. I liked the reaction I see when I told the class that I am taking them for Art and Craft again. Siti went, "yeaahhh!!" and Putri was hugging me, awwwww! Children nowadays express their emotions well, way different from us back than. After the lesson, continued with routine care; helped the children with their lunch. Nadra (this curly haired, damn quiet girl) spoke to me just now, during lunch, AMAZED! I feel, after 6 sessions, the children no longer treat us as stranger but instead as one of their teacher. It does not matter that most of them still cannot remember my name, what matters most is that they acknowledge me as one of their TEACHER.
Teacher Syidah is a great help. Big thanks! Helping me with my Maths activities and guiding Yana with her Art & Craft lessons. The teachers at IYAD, all so nice, I like!
I leave you with pictures from my lesson today. Be hold....
