making choices

Salam Alaik!

It seems that we are making choices almost every moment.
Sometimes, its hard to decide on one.
Your mind says something, but you heart says otherwise.
So what do you do?
How do you know that the choice you made is the right one?

I guess it is, really hard to make a right choice.
To always make the right choice.
Life is never perfect.
We are entitled to some bad choices along the way.
Right?

Arh, nothing is perfect...except the religion, Islam.
It provides us with solutions to all our problems.
And for making choices, Islam encourages us to do
'solat isthikharah'.

And, I just made a choice.

I just chose to care about you.
I might get hurt but I might not, too.
I certainly am unsure about the outcome of my decision.

But the choice has been made, and there's no turning back.

"Ya Allah! Seandainya telah engkau catatkan, dia milikku dan tercipta buatku, satukanlah hatinya dengan hatiku."

Falling for you, too fast and too furious.

I am not desperate...
I am just being human.
